Terms of Use
1. Research purpose
AI x SFC Player is a personal research and educational project about emulation and AI agents, provided free of charge.
2. Your ROMs
We do not provide games or ROMs. You are responsible for using only ROMs you are legally entitled to use under the laws that apply to you.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the site or the player to infringe the rights of others, to distribute copyrighted games, or to interfere with the site’s operation.
4. AI agents
When you connect an AI tool, it acts on your instructions. Memory edits and cheats can corrupt game progress, so keep backups of saves you care about. You are responsible for how you use AI tools and for their providers’ terms.
5. No warranty
The site, the player and the MCP server are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Emulation may be inaccurate or incomplete.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, the player or the MCP server, including lost save data.
7. Trademarks
Super Famicom is a trademark of Nintendo. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic. Game titles belong to their respective owners. This project is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
